Cozy Cottage Retreat - Fire Pit + Hot Tub

I had such a wonderful stay at Fernweh! I was traveling solo with my dog and felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. The host was very responsive and made everything easy. The firepit was one of my favorite parts — it was easy to use, and the hosts thoughtfully made sure I had all the supplies I needed. The cottage itself was super clean and very well stocked. I cooked all three days I was there and nearly everything you’d need to prepare meals was provided (just a heads up, there weren’t any baggies or foil, so bring those if you plan to cook). The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and I really appreciated the plenty of hangers in the closets — such a small detail that made unpacking feel easy and organized. The only small downside for me was the location of the keypad outside the gate. I had to get out of my car to enter the code, and arriving at night alone felt a little spooky. That said, once inside the property I felt very safe. Overall, it was a peaceful, cozy stay and I would absolutely book here again.
